Let me tell you a magnificent tale of melted cheese, perfect toppings-to-cheese ratios and slain dragons. Ok. Forget the slain dragons but the rest of this story is 100 percent true. Steven, the manager, is a pizza GOD who uses his powers only for good. Today he raised his mighty bowstaff and bestowed upon myself and my co-workers 3 of the most delicious creations ever known to man. I’m literally not going to do any more work today at the office and no one will dare say anything, because it was I that called i Fratelli therefore it is I that shall, for today, be untouchable. Thank you Steve, I shall spread your legacy for ages to come. TLDR; Also y’all, the pizza is like crazy good.

“I just wanted to say that tonight was the first time I’ve ever ordered pizza from your store location in Grapevine. Your pizza is delicious and I can’t believe how great it is compared to fast food chain pizza places around this area! You guys are DEFINITELY WAY BETTER!!! Most delivery drivers grab your money, throw the pizza at you and walk off. You guys are different. I just wanted to let you know that the gentleman who delivered my pizza at 8pm, was the nicest dressed, politest man I’ve ever met delivering pizzas!!! 😀 He wished me a wonderful evening and even held my door open for me while I was trying to carry the pizzas into my house. THANK YOU for such good food and polite service! It really does make a difference in my book and I can’t wait to order from you again next time my family wants pizza. Your team of employees really made my night! Thanks. ”

“I was at your location today at 6109A Greenville ave and there was a gentleman named Chris who was working. One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Your pizza is already some of the best I’ve found in DFW, my girlfriend and I are from NY so we know good pizza, but Chris really is an outstanding employee. Please give him a raise, or at least some praise and recognition for his outstanding work. We will be eating here more frequently because of Chris.”
