The brothers recognize the importance of fostering interest in the culinary arts among students of all ages, and David Cole acts as a mentor and guest speaker at many institutions.
The Coles were recently invited to the Conrad Hilton College of Restaurant and Hospitality Management at the University of Houston to share the story of the founding of i Fratelli. The Hilton College has begun the task of organizing and cataloging archival material from our 25 year history, which will be part of the collection of the school.
